About The Dive Sites
Racha Noi Island is located 32 km south of Phuket, which takes about 2 hours by dive boats.
Underwater environment of the two Racha Islands is quite similar. East side offers white sandy slopes dotted with rock and coral formations. West side features more rugged dive sites with swim-throughs between granite rocks and boulders.
The East side of the islands is teeming with smaller reef fish like parrotfish, pufferfish, blue-spotted rays, and massive schools of fish. Occasionally, you may even spot turtles and leopard sharks.
Manta rays also inhabit the waters around the islands, although encounters with them are rare. Between the islands we encounter whales and dolphin families occasionally, you may observe them from the boat.
During the program, you can enjoy two dives at Racha Noi and one at Racha Yai Island. Non-divers won’t be bored either, as the shallow waters are full of colorful fish, and the tour offers excellent opportunities for snorkeling and Discover Scuba Diving, too.
