Kata View Guesthouse is a budget place located in the southern part of Kata Beach. Its rooms are simply furnished, but each room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a refrigerator. All rooms have private bathrooms with showers and hot water. The Deluxe rooms have balconies, and the windows face the street. The Superior rooms do not have balconies, and the view in some rooms is facing a wall, but these rooms are the most budget-friendly.

The accommodation has its own restaurant and bar, but there is no swimming pool. On the premises, there is also a private massage salon and spa. It’s an ideal choice for those seeking budget accommodation in Kata.

Payment Policy

• First 50% payment required after reservation.
• The second 50% payment due no later than 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• In High season, in the case of cancellation at least 14 days before arrival, the price of one night will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded.
• In the case of cancellation within 14 days, 50% of the total stay will be deducted.
• During the peak season, between December 26 and January 10, if canceled within 30 days before arrival, the full price will be charged.
• For shorter stays or early check-out, there is no refund.
