Want to Experience a Once-in-a-Lifetime Adventure?

Then try scuba diving in Phuket! Whether it’s on Kata Beach or our boat dive trips, a Discover Scuba Dive dive provides an amazing experience for those who want to explore the wondrous underwater world and glide weightlessly in the sea.

The minimum age is 10 years old and good health is required. You’ll receive brief theoretical instruction on the boat or shore, followed by diving with a maximum of 2 divers per instructor group under the instructor’s guidance.

Trial dives are available at select shore-based dive sites in Phuket or during boat dive trips. The dive at Kata Beach takes only 2 hours, allowing the rest of the family to enjoy the beach. The boat program is a full-day experience with 2 or 3 dives at the Racha Islands’ dive sites.

After the successful dives at Racha, you can go diving at Phi Phi if you want some more.

It’s also good to know that the full price of the Discover Scuba Diving program is credited if you decide to complete the Open PADI Open Water Diver course, which takes an additional two days.

Please download and read the medical questionnaire and ensure that you are medically fit for diving without requiring medical approval. If you have any health issues listed on the questionnaire, you will need medical clearance. You can get it from your doctor or we can recommend a doctor in Phuket.

Itinerary – Racha Yai Dive Trip including 2 Dives

07:30 – 08:30: Pick up guests from hotels and travel to the pier by minibus

08:30 – 10:00: Light breakfast on the boat, theoretical instruction, boat ride to Racha island

10:30 – 11:30: 1st dive, non diver companions can swim or snorkel

12:00 – 13:30: Lunch, relaxation, sunbathing on the boat

13:30 – 14:30: 2nd dive, non diver companions can swim or snorkel

14:30 – 16:00: Return to Phuket

16:00 – 16:30: Transfer to hotels

Prices

Beach Dives:

Kata Beach 1 Dive: 1,900 Baht
Kata Beach 2 Dives: 2,900 Baht

The price of the dive includes: transfer from Kata and Karon Beach areas, rental diving equipment set, and a diving instructor. Maximum of 2 divers per instructor group.

Boat Dives:

Racha Yai Dive Trip including 2 Dives: 4,200 Baht

Racha Noi and Racha Yai Dive Trip including 3 Dives: 4,900 Baht

Phi Phi-Shark Point Dive Trip including 3 Dives: 4,900 Baht+600 Baht National Park fee. Only for divers that previously dived with us at Racha Island.

What’s Included?

• Hotel transfers from Chalong, Rawai, Kata, Karon, Patong, and Kamala areas to the pier and back.
• Meals on the boat: light breakfast, lunch, snacks, fruit, unlimited drinking water, coffee, and tea.
• Dive instructor, dives with a maximum of 2 divers per instructor group. Dive time: max 50 min/dive, depth 0-12 meters.
• Diving equipment set

What’s Not Included:

Transfers from areas not mentioned above. Additional charges apply for pickups from more distant locations. Its price depends on the number of guests and the location. Ask us about it.
Underwater photos/videos may be purchased from videographers on the boat for an additional 1000 Baht.
