- For late check-out until 18:00, half day will be charged. For check-out after 18:00, one night stay must be paid.
- During the period from December 22nd to January 10th, a minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights is required.
- Check-out is not available on December 24 and December 31.

About the Resort
The Chanalai Romantica Resort is located in the heart of Kata Beach. It is specifically recommended for couples traveling to Phuket without children. The resort does not accommodate children under 13 years of age. Features multiple pools and a fitness center.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and in the rooms for up to two devices.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is done via email sent to us.
- High Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 21 days before arrival. If canceled within 21 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Peak Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 30 days before arrival. If canceled within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Shoulder Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 15 days before arrival. If canceled within 15 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Rainy Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 10 days before arrival. If canceled within 10 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
About the Area
The Chanalai Romantica Resort is situated along Kata Road, running parallel to the shoreline. Surrounding it are numerous excellent restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Kata Beach and its neighboring Kata Noi are among the most beautiful beaches in the southern part of Phuket. Karon Beach is 2 km away.
The accommodation is a one-hour drive from Phuket International Airport. Phuket Town and Patong are approximately 20 minutes away, while the No Gravity Dive Center and the port are 10 minutes drive.
