About the Resort
Chanalai Garden Resort Kata Beach is located in the southern part of Kata Beach. It is situated 100 meters from the beach on a hillside. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping centers in its neighborhood. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The hotel features two pools and a gym. Its rooms overlook the garden or the sea and are furnished in modern Thai style. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, minibar, and coffee/tea maker. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and guests can connect up to two devices in their rooms.

- The room rates mentioned above are for 2 persons per night, including breakfast.
- The prices include taxes and service charges.
- The extra bed price includes breakfast for one additional person.
- A maximum of three adults or two adults and two children under 12 years old can stay in one room.

- For late check-out until 18:00, half of the room rate is charged. For check-out after 18:00, a full day’s room rate is applicable.
- No check-out between 22 Dec-10 Jan, due to peak season. During peak season period a minimum of 5 consecutive days reservation is required.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome drink, and 2 bottles of drinking water daily, free of charge.
Payment Policy
Payment for accommodation is made online by bank transfer. We will send you the details by email along with the invoice.
- High Season: Full payment is required at least 15 days before arrival.
- Peak Season: Full payment is required at least 22 days before arrival.
- Shoulder Season: Full payment is required at least 11 days before arrival.
- Green Season: Full payment is required at least 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is done via email sent to us.
- High Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 15 days before arrival. If canceled within 15 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Peak Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 22 days before arrival. If canceled within 22 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Shoulder Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 11 days before arrival. If canceled within 11 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Rainy Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 7 days before arrival. If canceled within 7 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
For Families
- Children under 12 years old can stay in the room for free if they sleep in the same bed as their parents. The mandatory breakfast fee is 250 THB/day.
- Children under 4 years old can sleep and eat breakfast for free.
- From 12 years old, the child is subject to the adult extra bed service.
- Maximum 2 children per room, maximum one extra per per room.
- A baby cot can be requested at the time of room booking.
