About the Resort
The Chanalai Flora Resort is located in the southern part of Kata Beach. It sits 100 meters from the beach on a hillside. Surrounding it are numerous excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Situated in the heart of Kata, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel features two adult pools, two children’s pools, two bars, and a gym.
The rooms in Chanalai Flora Resort overlook the garden or the pool and are elegantly furnished. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and guests can connect up to two devices in their rooms. Connecting rooms are also available for families.

- The extra bed price includes breakfast for one additional person.
- Each Room can accommodate a maximum of three adults on an extra bed.

- For late check-out until 18:00, half of the room rate will be charged. For check-out after 18:00, the full daily room rate must be paid.
- During the period from December 22 to January 10, a minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights is required.
- Check-out is not available on December 24 and December 31.
- Complimentary welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival.
- Complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water replenished daily.
Payment Policy
Payment for the accommodation is made online by bank transfer. We will send you the details by email along with the invoice.
- High Season: Full payment is required at least 21 days before arrival.
- Peak Season: Full payment is required at least 30 days before arrival.
- Shoulder Season: Full payment is required at least 15 days before arrival.
- Rainy Season: Full payment is required at least 10 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is done via email sent to us.
- High Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 21 days before arrival. If canceled within 21 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Peak Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 30 days before arrival. If canceled within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Shoulder Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 15 days before arrival. If canceled within 15 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
- Rainy Season: Cancellation is free if done at least 10 days before arrival. If canceled within 10 days of arrival, there is no refund, and the full amount is payable.
Family Policy
- Maximum 2 adults plus 2 Children age 1-12 years old can stay in a Grand Deluxe Room.
- Maximum one child age 1 – 12 years old can stay in a Deluxe Room. Child breakfast rate: 250 Baht/day.
- From 12 years old, the child is subject to the adult extra bed service.
- A baby cot can be requested at the time of room booking.
