Payment Policy
- We accept online payments such as PayPal and bank transfers. Details and invoice will be sent to you in email upon booking.
- The full invoiced amount must be paid at least 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- We accept cancellations in email or chat with our notice and response.
- In High season, free cancellation at least 15 days before arrival. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival: 50% of the total amount is charged.
- Peak season, free cancellation at least 22 days before arrival. Cancellations within 22 days of arrival are non-refundable, the full amount is charged.
- Green season, free cancellation at least 8 days before arrival. Cancellations within 8 days of arrival will incur a charge of 1 night’s stay only.
